Great location. The room was spacious with a kitchenette that had a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Breakfast options were plenty and varied each day. Happy hour with free drinks and snacks was nice too. WiFi was spotty at times, but overall, I liked the fitness center and having everything I needed.

Clean and fresh bed linens, comfortable bed, kitchenette in the room, exciting views from high floor, friendly staff.
No complaints, felt spoilt.

the friendly staff welcomed us warmly and the complimentary breakfast was fabulous. our room on the 37th floor had an amazing view and the self-catering facilities were convenient. the rooftop terrace offered a great view of Lower Manhattan.

The view from my spacious room on the upper floor was breathtaking, and the modern decor made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was top-notch and included fresh strawberries, which I absolutely loved. The free WiFi was a great bonus. I'll recommend this hotel.

rooms had everything and walking distance to most things. excellent room facilities - the shower was amazing, and plenty of hot water. amazing view of the Empire State Building from our room. great customer service and the hospitality of the staff - especially from the assistant General Manager - Andrea.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette in the room was a great convenience, allowing us to save on meals. The location was perfect, with easy access to the garment district and Broadway. The added bonus of free breakfast and Happy Hour made our stay even more enjoyable.
Elevator wait times were a bit frustrating, and breakfast queues could get long if you didn't arrive early.
